Ombudsperson for children’s rights E. Žiobienė and her advisors J. Kinderienė and E. Meilus 2012-05-02 visited the Child’s rights protection department of Vilnius City municipality. During the meeting most important issues on children’s rights protection and implementation were discussed with the head of the Child’s rights protection department L. Juškevičienė. Particular attention was given to the issues of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the minors living in Vilnius Roma settlement, a right to education and proper living conditions were discussed.
